participant Policy

In order to assure a safe and pleasant experience for all participants, Theater Bus has established the following policy:

Those attending Theater Bus trips must be mobile and able to perform, without assistance, the activities of daily living. which include boarding and exiting the bus as well as navigating the venues, restaurants, bathrooms, etc. In the event that a person is not able to do so, that person is required to bring a caregiver on the trip at the participant's expense. All coach buses have storage space and one seat for each passenger. If you take up more than one seat, you must pay for a second seat. We retain the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting what we consider to be unacceptable behavior.


HOW TO REGISTER

Registering for Theater Bus events is easy. First, you'll have to download the bulletin for the event that you wish to attend. The bulletin includes registration forms and detailed registration instructions.

Theater Bus accepts checks, but not credit cards for payment. Checks should be made payable to Theater Bus. We do not take online registrations at this time.

TIPS
All tips are included in the cost of the trip, to include a tip for the bus driver and wait staff. Theater Bus Leaders and Escorts cannot accept tips.

NOTE:
We normally do not contact you to let you know that we received your registration. You may call at any time to verify this. We will let you know if a trip is filled and will then put you on a wait list for that trip. A volunteer will call a few days in advance of the trip to remind you of your pickup details.

 

 


cancellation policy

A minimum of three day's notice is required to be eligible for any refund and your request for a refund must be received prior to the deadline date for the trip. Refunds will be issued for refundable expenses only, less a $10 administrative fee. After the deadline date, you may find a replacement to fill your spot. Please let us know who that person will be. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a wait list for the event, Theater Bus may be able to assign a substitute and issue you a refund less the administrative fee.
